  • Try Emailing something like this:

    Hey [Manager]!
I just found this Performance Management Learning Series program that I’m interested in attending. I’ll learn:

    • How to better incorporate our mission vision and values into our performance strategy

    • Ways to craft more engaging performance review programs

    • Executive partnership, championship and buy in practices.

Plus, there’s a bunch of resources I’ll get that we can add to our shared drive and pull from as needed.
The time commitment is low - at most 1 hour per week for six week - and cost effective at $1,000. I’d love to submit this as a learning and development expense, as it will have huge impact on my career and our People programs! What’s the best way to go about that?
