Hey! I’m Kim - your friendly People Ops executive for hire. I’m obsessed with early stage People Operations - laying foundations for tools, data, programs and philosophies. Naturally, friends would turn to me to navigate tricky conversations at work and I started to realized how unapproachable People Ops had become (my own programs included).

So now, I’m on a mission to make work better, and truly believe the first step to that is a strategic People Ops function. One that incorporates programs to support individuals and the business in a digital first way to enable flexibility, transparancy and autonomy.
